Mallorca 70.3 (ed 2019) my 2nd time and Kasia debut

On 11 May 2019 in Port de Alcudia, Mallorca, Spain I completed the Ironman 70.3 Mallorca triathlon in 4 hours 54 minutes and 33 seconds. I ranked as:- 213 out of 3010 overall (better than 92.92%)
- 209 out of 2477 by gender (better than 91.56%)
- 54 out of 365 in M30 age group (better than 85.21%)

This was tough but greate race! A bit improved PB at 70.3, and shaved 1h 10 minutes year to year on Mallorca 70.3 . First time swam sub 30 minutes on half ironman, very hard pushed bike leg with NP 231W, and still ready to run quite fast - avg pace 04:27min/km.
BIG KUDOS goes to Kasia Hutny (from Activity Szkoลa Pลywania) who completed that tough race as her first Ironman 70.3! Well done you Kasia!
